Every hard thing
became a gift.
There was a version of this story that ended much worse. Addiction has a way of narrowing the world down to nothing. At the bottom, I didn't look like someone who was going to run airport construction projects. I didn't look like someone who was going to build anything at all.
But I came back. Not halfway back. All the way back. Into construction. Into leadership. Into marriage, fatherhood, and a life I'm still building. Three years sober this April — and counting every single day.
Full Circle Lifestyles exists because that story deserves to be told. Not because I have it figured out — because I'm still in it, and the being-in-it is the whole point.
"Live forward and learn backwards."
Construction is where I build things that outlast me. Recovery is where I built myself. Fatherhood is where I keep getting built. These aren't separate parts of a life — they're the same story, coming full circle.
