Full Circle Lifestyles

This is not a
redemption arc.
It's a blueprint.

From fentanyl on foil to running multi-million dollar FAA airport construction projects — while building an AI system, raising a daughter, and being a husband. Ryan Froelich's story is proof that full circle is real.

Every hard thing
became a gift.

There was a version of this story that ended much worse. Addiction has a way of narrowing the world down to nothing. At the bottom, I didn't look like someone who was going to run airport construction projects. I didn't look like someone who was going to build anything at all.

But I came back. Not halfway back. All the way back. Into construction. Into leadership. Into marriage, fatherhood, and a life I'm still building. Three years sober this April — and counting every single day.

Full Circle Lifestyles exists because that story deserves to be told. Not because I have it figured out — because I'm still in it, and the being-in-it is the whole point.

"Live forward and learn backwards."

Construction is where I build things that outlast me. Recovery is where I built myself. Fatherhood is where I keep getting built. These aren't separate parts of a life — they're the same story, coming full circle.

Coming all the way back looks like this.

Not overnight. Not without scars. Real numbers, real timeline, real life.

Three arms.
One story.

01 — Lifestyles
The Soul

Recovery. Construction. Fatherhood. Marriage. The origin story and everything it's still becoming. This is where it all starts.

02 — Studios
The Engine

AI platform. Creative production. The tools and systems built from lived experience — for construction PMs drowning in the same grind Ryan survived.

03 — Collective
The Tribe

The community that forms around proof. People in recovery. Builders. PMs. Anyone who needs to see that full circle is real and wants to be part of what comes next.

"The goal is to give Ali and Cleo everything — financially, emotionally, in the life we build together. The number that changes our life is out there. Full Circle is how we get there."

— Ryan Froelich

This is being
built in real time.

No filtered highlight reel. No "entrepreneurship tips." The real thing — the failures, the breakthroughs, the daily grind of building something that matters while still showing up for the people you love.
